SERVING THE UNHOUSED COMMUNITY

I had the opportunity to visit Las Vegas for a corporate event where Greater Good Charities partnered with Banfield Pet Hospital and Shine A Light, a local nonprofit serving the unhoused community living in the storm drains beneath the city. The event focused on assembling emergency packs with basic essentials to support the residents of the tunnels.

Stories like these remind me how powerful compassion and community can be. I’m passionate about using my lens to shed light on the stories of those often overlooked—hoping to shift perspectives and inspire empathy along the way.
